Special Guest: Amy Needle, President and CEO of Historic Philadelphia, Inc. and Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Historic District 250th Committee
A passionate advocate for Philadelphia's history and culture, she has dedicated her career to making the city's stories accessible, engaging, and alive for residents and visitors alike. Under her leadership, Historic Philadelphia, Inc. spearheaded the ambitious 52 Weeks of Firsts, a sweeping, yearlong initiative running from January 3 through December 26, 2026, that commemorates a different Philadelphia first every week across more than a dozen neighborhoods. The initiative offers a platform for smaller Philadelphia organizations to be showcased as part of the city's Semiquincentennial celebrations, bringing together over 20 cultural institutions, museums, and community partners citywide. From the first American flag to the first ice cream soda, Amy and her team are ensuring that Philadelphia's extraordinary legacy is celebrated with joy, creativity, and community at its core.

Moderator: Dr. Kerry Sautner, Ed.D, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site
Named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal's 2025 Most Admired CEOs, Dr. Sautner has been recognized for leadership rooted in transformation, operational stabilization, culture development, and diversity initiatives. Before joining Eastern State, she served as Chief Learning Officer at the National Constitution Center, where she spearheaded national civic education efforts, developed on-site museum experiences, and fostered community partnerships. She also previously worked at the Franklin Institute and has served as an adjunct professor at both Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania.
