Use this online reservation system to reserve tickets for the “Behind the Scenes” tour of the Parole, Intake, Bertillion, and New Staff Offices being offered on June 12 & 13. “Behind the Scenes” tours will be ongoing from 10 am to 4:30 pm.

No payment is required to reserve. Simply fill out the requested information in the menu below and select your tour date and time. You will receive a confirmation on your screen when you complete the reservation. You will not receive a confirmation via email.

On the day of your tour, please arrive at the ticket office at least ten minutes before the scheduled start of your tour to complete payment. Tickets not claimed five minutes prior to the start of the tour will be released to other visitors. If you need to cancel, please call (215) 236-3300.

This reservation system is only for the special “Behind the Scenes” tours offered on June 12 & 13. Reservations are not required for our audio tour, special guided tours, Tower Cam! exhibit or artist installations, which are available every day from 10 am to 5 pm.
