This online reservation system can be used to reserve tickets for the "Prison in a Prison" tour of the punishment cells under Cellblock 14 (a.k.a. "The Hole") being offered during "Tunnels and Tower Weekend" (April 10 & 11). Tours of The Punishment Blocks (a.k.a. "The Hole") are ongoing from 10 am to 4:30 pm. Please select your tour time from the menu below.

The "Prison in a Prison" tour ends at the Tower Cam! exhibit, which will be open continuous from 10 am to 5 pm. No tour or reservations are required to view the Tower Cam! exhibit.

No payment is required. Simply fill out the requested information below and select your tour date and time. You will receive a confirmation when you complete the reservation.

On the day of your tour, please arrive at the ticket office at least ten minutes before the scheduled start of your tour to complete payment. Tickets not claimed five minutes prior to the start of the tour will be released for sale to other visitors. If on the day of your tour you need to cancel, please call (215) 236-3300.

This reservation system is only for the special "Prison in a Prison" tours offered for "Tunnels and Tower Weekend" on April 10 & 11. Reservations are not required for our audio tour, special guided tours, Tower Cam! exhibit or artist installations during our regular season (April through November).
