ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all current members of Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site, with the exception of Eastern State Penitentiary staff.

CATEGORIES: All pictures must be taken at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site and qualify for one of two categories:
* Black & White
* Color

REQUIREMENTS:

* All photographs must be taken at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site * No more than one photo may be entered in each category by any member * No entry may have been submitted in any previous Eastern State Penitentiary photo contest. * Each entry must be submitted as a print no smaller than 4" x 6" and no larger than 8" x 10".

LABELING: Each entry must have a completed Submission Form (forms are available at www.EasternState.org and will also be available on the day of the contest) affixed to the back of each photograph. Incomplete entries will not be eligible for judging or display.

Mailed entries must be received no later than Friday, August 31, 2007. Entries left at the conclusion of the contest cannot be returned.

JUDGING: Photographs will be judged at 12:30 p.m on September 8, 2007 at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site. Winners will be announced on the Eastern State Penitentiary website (www.EasternState.org).

CONDITIONS: Photographers agree to make digital images of all entries received available Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site upon request and that Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site retains the right to use photographs in its publications and/or for promotional use. All efforts will be made to credit photographers when their photos are used.
